Most of our users have a recent version of the Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows NT, 2000, XP, ME) and Microsoft's Internet Explorer (version 6.1 or later). Other popular browsers are also supported.

Occasionally, we run into issues that are not of our making, but relate to updates and security patches to either the browser or the computer operating system. The impact on users of the PaperHost site are minimal, but when they happen, we update our Frequently Asked Questions with the most current information.

So while we expect your Internet-based document management experience with PaperHost to be trouble-free, we stand ready and willing to lend any and all assistance needed.
