The FNF Solution

FNF offers their customers residential and commercial title processing services. In so doing, FNF needs to assemble information that includes liens and other documents stored in courthouses. To acquire these documents, FNF sends a request to their remote agent who fulfils the request and faxes back the needed documents along with a barcoded cover sheet.

PaperHost designed a solution that completely automates the process of receiving the faxed documents. We load those documents onto our hosting platform and then notify the loan processor by e-mail that the requested document has arrived. But more importantly, we include in the notification e-mail the direct link to the related document on PaperHost. With a single click, the FNF title processor can display the needed document directly from his or her e-mail.
