Internally, each tax professional needed quick and easy access to any return for any customer. Externally, each of their clients needed access to their subset of returns.
The Solution
PaperHost provided a solution that uniquely, privately branded the PaperHost experience under the company's logo and color scheme. A custom interface was designed and implemented so that employees and clients easily locate returns by drilling down through a national map of states down to the local municipality and time period sought. This is done with a few mouse clicks instead of having to type search criteria.

The final solution puts millions of pages of returns at the disposal of authorized employees and clients through direct integration with their existing Web applications.
