One of the premier national commercial real-estate brokerage firms selling hotel portfolios linked their portfolio management system to PaperHost for online presentment of all the due diligence documents.
The Problem
The privately branded online repository contains financials, property tax, and environmental documents, survey plats, licenses and permits, as well as, many other type documents associated with each property in the portfolio. Prior to working with PaperHost, the large stack of documents was duplicated and sent to each prospective buyer.

Now all documents pertaining to the property are uploaded to PaperHost utilizing the upload and index feature in PaperHost.
