The Problem
With numerous stores in South Florida and the Bahamas, their challenge is to manage and access information pertaining to their stores and franchisees. In addition, the hard cost of storing paper documents, and the intangible cost of losing them to a natural disaster, helped drive the decision to seek a comprehensive document management solution that could deliver fast, secure access to those documents at a low cost per page.
The Solution

The hardware side of the solution, an NEC Multi-Function Printer (MFP) allows them to scan and upload documents to PaperHost's web-based, on-demand document hosting service.
