Online Batch Indexing from Anywhere, Anytime

phINDEX offers PaperHost customers a new and more versatile way to index documents that flow into our customer's online document library using either phSCAN, phUPLOAD or phCONNECT tools. Documents can now be loaded onto PaperHost with little or no hand-keyed data and a special status flag indicating that additional indexing is required. This eliminates the need to have scanning operators with intimate knowledge of the documents they are scanning. They just scan, scan, and scan with a singular focus on image quality.

Once loaded onto PaperHost, companies can use phINDEX to reduce the cost keying index information by tapping work-at-home employees, outsourced services or off-shore vendors to complete the job. Though Internet based, the key-entry user enjoys all of the indexing tools once only available to the scanning operator including links to other data sources and complete contextual control over the formatting and legal values for each index field. Each indexing operator is able to grab batches of unindexed work and complete their data entry work with full tracking and reporting capabilities to measure performance.
